Process:

Once we have received from you all the construction documents (site plan, floor plans, elevations, etc.), as well as your specific requirements for the project, we will provide you with an estimate based on your needs. Once this estimate is signed and returned, you will first be provided with a thumbnail sketch to establish the view, followed by a detailed preliminary, along with colors for your approval. Once approved the artwork will be completed and you will receive a high resolution scan of your artwork. If you prefer, any size dry-mounted and/or matted prints can also be provided.

About Us:

Dan Tullius has been designing and creating hand-drawn marker renderings for almost 40 years. These many years as a professional illustrator/designer have provided Dan with the discipline and the ability to juggle tight deadlines, complex scheduling and budgeting for a wide range of clients, each with their own  individual needs. His marker style vividly captures the architect’s vision, while remaining ambiguous enough so as not to commit you to every detail of your project.

His style ranges from tight, highly detailed renderings to loose conceptual sketches. He can work from your construction document, or even a sketch on a napkin. His conceptual design services include site planning, landscape design, residential design, renovations and commercial and retail design. So whatever your needs might be, Dan has the ability to meet those needs with the high level of quality that is expected from the Tullius name.
